  • if failure occurs within the product guarantee period, contact the manufacturer for redress under the guarantee
  • if failure occurs outside the product guarantee period, remove loose and flaking paint by sanding or brushing with a stiff bristle brush (not a wire brush); thoroughly clean and paint according to manufacturer’s instructions. The painting specifications may vary according to the type of coating
