Repair
-
wash surface thoroughly to remove chalking. Repaint with a minimum two coats of acrylic paint. Low sheen finishes hide surface imperfections. Paints with a high-build finish give good protection and weatherproofing
-
select paint of a lighter colour where possible to make chalking less likely or less visible in future.
