Repair

  • monitor crack width to see if it becomes wider
  • for hairline cracks, fill with an exterior grade filler; paint the concrete with a high-build acrylic coating
  • if cracks are wider than a hairline (greater than 1–2 mm) consult a chartered professional  engineer
