Downpipe not connected to gutter

Pipe not adequately secured to outlet
Repair
- if gutter and downpipe are in good condition:
- reconnect downpipe to the gutter; check and tighten brackets or add extra brackets if necessary
- reconnect joint or re-solder joint to galvanised gutter and downpipe
- if gutter and downpipe are in poor condition, replace
