Repair

  • find the source or cause of spills, leakage or overflows. Where required, make a repair, or call a licensed or certifying plumber to repair it. Work on waste pipes and drains must by law be carried out by a licensed or certifying plumber

  • replace damaged flooring. If particleboard is used in wet areas, it should be H3.1-treated

  • if the floor is water-stained, refinish it
